Being a rock and metal music addict, i was desperately waiting for Rock On movie’s music to come out. Overall, i will say it is a GOOD album but i was expecting a lot from ROCK ON as it is first bollywood movie with rock music.

I really love the compositions of the songs in “Rock On”. Music with the new taste has been rendered by Shanker-Eshaan-Loy for the first time in Bollywood in the genuine rock pattern. Apart from this one cannot ignore the lyrics created by Javed Akhtar. U r great Javed Shaab. I wonder why don’t u start writing for Limp Bizkit?????????
Anyways i love the music especially that of “Pichle Saat Din” and have been eagerly waiting for this movie.
I wish all the best for this movie. May it break all the records of Box office and make its own legend.
I think this is one of the most cutting-edge albums of all times. but strangely, I don’t understand why so many Indian music reviewers have slammed the album as being ridiculous.
I think u guys in India need more time to know more about rock music (not u, dudgeon – you’re an angel who brought all these good lyrics to us) but an average Indian needs to do some homework on rock before saying whether this is a good or bad album.

I am not used to listen to Hindi music much, just because of the reason such albums are not released more… but the music for this movie is so amazing that I am enthralled to say that this is becoming one of the most played songs on my iPod. Hope this brings a revolution to Indian Music industry ignoring some stupid comments from some dumb a$$ people who don’t know what music is or how to appreciate it.
